Return Policy
Due to the sensitive nature of our personal care products all orders are final and we do not accept returns on online orders. If there is an issue with your order please contact us immediately, within 24 hours of receiving your order. Should you receive the wrong order or a damaged we will investigate to determine if a replacement order is required.
Cancellation Policy
Once you book an appointment you will receive a confirmation by email. At this time, you will be required that you place your credit card on file to confirm your appointment. At this time your credit card is not billed.
A second reminder will arrive 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
Any cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will require a 30% short notification fee. If you fail to show up for your appointment your scheduled appointment you will be responsible for 50% no show fee.
